Private property
Parking Enforcement
Unauthorized vehicles, fire lanes, reserved spots, abandoned cars — on lots you control. Apartments, HOAs, retail, medical, industrial. Call (240) 780-8691.
Who this is for
Property managers, apartment communities, HOAs, retail centers, medical offices, and industrial private lots that need a towing company on the board. Private-property enforcement only. We do not claim municipal contracts, city licenses, or public-street parking here.
What we tow
- Unauthorized vehicles. Cars and light trucks parked without permission.
- Fire lanes. Blockages that put the property at risk.
- Reserved spots. Assigned, visitor, and handicapped stalls you enforce.
- Abandoned vehicles. Long-term dump-offs on your lot.
How it works
01
Authorization & signage
You control the lot. We confirm who can call and that the property is posted the way you already run it.
02
Dispatch
Authorized staff call (240) 780-8691. We send a tow truck from the closest board.
03
Remove
We load it, we leave. You get a truck that answers — not a third-party wait.
Why Priority
Same 24/7 dispatch that runs heavy recovery and light duty. We own the trucks. We do not sell auto repair. Parking enforcement is private property only.

Questions
Who can authorize a private-property tow?
The property owner or a manager they designate. We do not tow from private lots without authorization and the signage the property already uses.
What vehicles do you remove?
Unauthorized cars and light trucks, fire-lane violators, reserved-spot violators, and abandoned vehicles on the property you manage. This page is light-duty / parking enforcement — not municipal contracts.
Do you need a city or county contract?
This service is private-property enforcement only. We do not claim municipal rotation, city licenses, or public-street parking contracts here.
How do we start?
Call dispatch at (240) 780-8691 or send a request on the contact page. We confirm the property, who is authorized to call, and how you want after-hours handled.
Where do you store towed vehicles?
Ask dispatch when you set the account. Impound details are confirmed with the property — we do not publish a rate card or lot rules on this page.
Can residents or tenants call you directly?
Only if the property has authorized them. Default is manager / owner dispatch so the lot stays under your control.
