Not every breakdown can be fixed on the shoulder. If the truck is not safe to repair roadside, we do not leave you waiting on a second company. The same dispatcher can send our heavy-duty towing and recovery equipment — heavy wreckers, Landoll, or RGN — or tow the truck to our Randallstown shop on the same company ticket.
