What breaks down on the beltway
Heavy, merging, stop-and-go traffic is hard on trucks. Overheating, brake and tire failures, DPF regens that cannot complete, and electrical faults are typical. Shoulders vary from wide to non-existent, and construction can narrow them further, so tell dispatch if you are in a travel lane.
A mobile diesel mechanic can fix many of those where the truck sits: mobile diesel mechanic, DPF derate repair, truck road service. Our in-house diesel techs use dealer-level diagnostics. If a truck has to go to a shop, the Randallstown yard is the only Priority location with shop diesel repair.
When it has to be towed, the same dispatcher sends a heavy wrecker: semi truck towing in Maryland, with Landoll and RGN service for units and equipment that must be hauled.
